This alternative report – drafted in collaboration with Organización Trans Reinas de la Noche (OTRANS), Red Nacional de Personas Trans (REDTRANS Guatemala), Red Nacional de Diversidad Sexual (REDNADS), Red de Personas Trans de Latinoamérica y el Caribe (REDLACTRANS), and Center for International Human Rights of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law – highlights human rights violations and abuses experienced by trans women in Guatemala. The report was presented to the 122nd session of the UN Human Rights Committee (HRC).

This alternative report – drafted in collaboration with Asociación OTD Chile – Organizando Trans Diversidades, Akahatá – Equipo de Trabajo en Sexualidades y Géneros, and the Sexual Rights Initiative (SRI) – highlights human rights violations and abuses experienced by trans persons in Chile. The report was presented to the 126th session of the UN Human Rights Committee (HRC).
