Ovejas Negras, Synergía, and allies submit a shadow report on Uruguay for the 70 sessions of the Committee Against Torture (CAT)
Colectivo Ovejas Negras, in collaboration with Synergía, Akahata, and the Sexual Rights Initiative, submitted a shadow report on the human rights violations of individuals based on their sexual orientation and gender identity in Uruguay in preparation for the upcoming session of the CAT.
